Day Camp 2008

For over 25 years, North Light has changed it's summer camp approach and themes to keep summer fresh and exciting as well as interesting and educational for the participants, many of whom come for multiple summers. This summer's theme is "The Good Ol' Summertime". Remember tug of war, hiking the Wissahickon, gimp lanyards, ceramic coasters…campers will have an old fashioned summer with the addition of weekly sports activities conducted by Villanova University Athletes and our in house artists will focus on ceramics, music and cartooning.

The program will run this summer from June 30 to August 22 on weekdays from 7:30AM to 6:00PM providing safe, accessible summer care at North Light Community Center, featuring recreation activities, arts and sports training, and socialization opportunities. Summer Camp scholarships and sliding scale fee schedule are available. The full cost of the program per week is $105 for the 9:00AM to 3:00PM program, $27 for the 7:30 to 9:00AM morning extension and $53 for the 3:00 to 6:00PM extension.
